noisy freaking christmas ahead

My parents bought this miniature drum set for Beckett because:
A) They are getting back at me for that time I woke them up in the middle of the night by blaring my record player.
B) They are getting back at me for all those years of singing and dancing performances, both formal and impromptu.
C) They are getting back at me for all those Christmas Eves of putting toys together (some assembly was indeed required).
D) Wes put the damn thing on Beck's Christmas Wishlist and my good judgment didn't kick in fast enough to stop my father from clicking Buy. It had him at "hello."
E) All of the above.

Ha! We bought the same drumset for a 3-year-old drummer in our lives and he basically destroyed it within three months. So the noise will most likely not last long. Merry Christmas!
