three short things

1. I don't check my stats very often and the statcounter I have doesn't do many tricks. All this to say that I don't often get to play that fun game, "How did people find my blog?" But today I hit upon one that required comment.

"Can you breastfeed in the womb chair?"

To which I feel EXTREMELY compelled to tell you: Oh Mother Fucking God Yes You Can OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

This post brought to you by the Womb Chair of Sucking Exhaustitude, the place in my home where I have spent the majority of my hours in the last two years.

Look at it back there, looking all innocent…. That chair sucks energy from the most alert of adults, I tell you.

2. Open House Number 1. Sort of disappointing, sort of encouraging. Not a lot of people but a lot of excitement by those who see it. Broker came and said we very well may be able to sell it on our own because it is so spectacular. That kind of comment from a broker is unheard of in NYC. So that felt good.

3. We stayed up until almost 6 am working on the house for the open house. Downsides: EXHAUSTED, frustrated that we did all that for so few viewings. Upsides: Beck has a perfect new playroom in our basement.
